  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design of housing and commercial projects from initial concept through construction. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our community while working on a diverse range of projects.

    ​

    What You'll Do:

    • Contribute to the design of residential and commercial projects, from initial concept to construction..

    • Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

    • Actively participate in the firm, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

      and assisting in the skill development of junior staff.

    • Oversee the preparation of construction drawings, site planning and specifications.

    • Engage with clients, public agencies, and coordinate with subconsultant teams.

    ​

    What You'll Bring:

    • Licensed Architect in California (or nearing completion of the licensing process).

    • 7+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on custom

      residential and commercial renovation projects.

    • Demonstrated experience in all phases of project development, from concept design to

      construction.

    • Experience in residential design and construction drawings (light wood frame

      construction).Experience in residential design and construction drawings (light wood

    • Must be proficient in AutoCAD, with a working knowledge of SketchUp and other

      graphics and visualization software.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
